Incipient Lagos CP, Edgal Imohimi verbally expresses 'No Police officer should detain anybody without express sanction from the DPO'

The incipient Commissioner of Police Lagos state police command,  Edgal Imohimi on his first day on th job verbally expressed 'no police officer should detain anybody without express sanction from the DPO and should be duly signed in order for the officer in charge or DPO to be able to expound why then person is been detained'.


According to the incipient CP, measures are in place to stop all form of corruption within the police and with the public
